Avagio’s helpdesk is staffed with 1st, 2nd and 3rd line engineers, each with the necessary skills to resolve IT problems, not simply log the call for an engineer to call back later. Our aim is to work alongside you, and we can provide either 2nd and 3rd line support to your own in house team or, if preferred, our fully manned helpdesk can provide 1st line support, freeing up your internal resource to focus on more strategic work.

We pride ourselves on our high levels of help desk support. Our engineers are fully qualified and highly experienced. We apply rigorous screening and testing when recruiting which helps us to maintain our high standards and exceptional quality of service and our engineers not only have to pass rigorous technical tests but must also be able to build relationships with clients and understand the priorities and business impact of their IT systems.
